Looking for a good salad or to get some local and organic food on your holiday in Mauritius? Just cross the entrance of Marguery Villas to the shopping mall of Ruisseau-Créole. Hearty recommendation for organic vegetables certified by EcoCert, an international certification body. Meeta and her team sell her organic vegetables on Wednesdays (3:30 to 5pm) and Saturdays (10:30am to 1pm). Leeks, oak leaf salads, mesclun, batavia or rocket, sweet potatoes, chard, white and red radishes… Here, organic is delicious!
